"I chose this SF office because it had reviews giving them 4.8. Well thats not been my experience. They are not responsive to calls or emails, I cant reach Luis Macias at all. When I wanted to cancel my auto, home, and renters insurance with them, I had to call & email multiple times. I cancelled my SF auto policy effective 10/19 and saw that they had just debited my bank account on 10/18 for $196.24. After several emails, I received a "premium correction" check for $108.93. I had coverage for one day and they deducted $87.31! The check only has an billing account number (no policy number) and no statement showing what date they were notified & how they arrived at that amount. Im still waiting for 2 other refund checks & dont hold out much hope they will be correct either.. I called the 1-800 number and they just refer me back to the local agent."

"Please use extreme caution when working with this agency. I moved here from another state and already had an active State Farm policy, but instead of performing a proper state transfer, they opened a completely new policy. Because of this, I was double-billed for over six months and am now owed close to $1,000. I was told multiple times that I would receive a call back, but not only have they failed to follow up, they have also repeatedly declined my calls during their posted business hours. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience, and it’s clear that proper customer care and accountability are lacking"

"BEST agent in all of Florida. Although we share the same last name we didn't always share business. I had Geico for 20 plus years and never once had a rate decrease despite a perfect driving record. After switching with Luis to State Farm not only did my rate go down but it has gone down twice since, he was able to right a condo policy for my home that my prior carrier could not do, and even my flood rate went down which in South Florida is unheard of.
